Child android avatar created thanks to Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Named “Asuka” after the era which gave birth to the world’s oldest existing wooden building, the Horyuji, and the brilliant murals of the Takamatsuzuka Tumulus, it loves the advanced technologies and culture of Japan that it is heir to.

Functional Features
(1) Child-sized, seated configuration

An android modeled on a 10-year-old child. Designed to allow the expression of subtle changes in facial expressions.

(2) Equipped with eyeball cameras in both eyes

Cameras embedded in both eyes allow for natural communication that gives the impression of direct eye contact.

(3) Neutral head design suitable for use as an avatar android

Its neutral head design free from specific attributes allows it to serve as an avatar for a wide variety of remote operators. Makeup and wigs can be added to change its visual appearance.

(4) Realistic childlike proportions and movement

With energetic, childlike behavior, its gaze, gestures, and arm and leg movements are lively and expressive, creating joy and familiarity in those who interact with it.
