HEART-S HOLDINGS and the Future of Life

The HEART-S Group assists with producing venues in a wide array of genres, focusing mainly on lighting, acoustics, and video. We aim to inspire a sense of awe through state-of-the-art technology and creativity, in our role as a creative company. We decided to provide technological sponsorship out of a sense of affinity with the Amplification of Lives philosophy of Ishiguro, the producer of this pavilion. In particular, the lighting technology that we sponsored for this event has been one of our core businesses since our inception in 1946, and we have been actively providing this service for a wide variety of arenas, including hotels, halls, television, concert, and events ever since. For this event, we are sponsoring technology and equipment that draws on this strength. We handled production lighting proposals, planning, installation and adjustments, and programming.

Illumination planning and lighting equipment
We put our minds together to think flexibly about how best to use lighting production to communicate Ishiguro’s ideas and philosophies about the future and ways of amplifying life by living in harmony with androids and avatars. Then we created a lighting plan based on a communal vision and consensus that was constructed using three dimensional representations and video images to share information and confirm details with the people involved. And of course, we supplied the optimal equipment for that plan. Not only do we shine lighting on objects and create artistic lighting effects, we are also generating new values of light and reveal its potential in this pavilion.

Future technology vision

We work daily to create spaces and effects that seamlessly fuse the real and the virtual. Freely employing the latest technology, we focus on expanding the possibilities of physical expression and enhancing spatial environments, including architectural structures. We believe that in this process, the question of how to shine light in a world populated by humans, androids, and avatars is an important theme for the future. Our goal is to remain a company that can always create experiences which can excite anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender, nationality, or physical disability.
