Please Note

  1. Latecomers will be refused entry.
  2. The appointed time is the time visitors should be at the venue. Waiting time is included between the appointed time and the starting time of the experience at “Future of Life”.
  3. System failure may cause a delay in the starting time.
  4. For the comfort and safety of everyone, visitors are asked to follow the directions given by the staff and robots at the venue. Visitors who fail to do so will be asked to leave the venue.
  5. Do not touch the robots and androids at the venue.
  6. IP cameras gather vital data and images at this pavilion. Visitors will be notified separately regarding the management and use of any data obtained.
  7. This pavilion includes a dark area as part of the experience. Visitors are asked to please watch their step.
  8. This pavilion uses strong lights, loud sound, and darkness as part of the experience.
  9. Visitors are asked to set mobile phones and other devices that transmit electronic waves to manner mode and refrain from making or accepting calls during the experience at “Future of Life”.
  10. Photography is allowed inside this Pavilion; however, visitors are asked to please refrain from using flush as the use of flash photography may detract from the experience.
  11. Any acts that create a nuisance for others (live streaming, etc.) are prohibited.
  12. Both powered and non-powered wheelchairs are allowed in this pavilion. Please note, however, that a priority-program reservation for wheelchairs is required to ensure a dedicated wheelchair space for the visitor.
  13. The following objects or acts are prohibited:
    • Dangerous objects, odorous materials, fresh flowers or other perishables
    • Large items (suitcases etc.)
    • Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or an intoxicating substance
    • Smoking, eating, or drinking (including chewing gum, candy) *Beverages in cups with covers are allowed.
    • Any act that may be in violation of laws, public order, or morality
    • Any act that may violate copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights, property rights, trade secrets, privacy, portrait rights, or other rights of other visitors, third parties, or staff
  14. Animals other than service dogs (guide, hearing, etc.) are prohibited.
  15. Roller shoes are prohibited.
  16. Tricycles, carts, etc. (excluding walkers and strollers) are prohibited. carrying people on carts are also prohibited.
  17. In the event that any of the below-listed situations occurs, all or part of the program may be discontinued, suspended, or changed, operation time may be changed (shortened, etc.), the number of visitors may be limited, or the venue may be temporarily closed without advanced notice:
    • The need for unscheduled maintenance on facilities or equipment to ensure safety and the proper functioning of the technology and systems in operation
    • Natural disaster, fire, electric outage, suspension of public transportation, etc. that make operation of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan unsustainable or dangerous
    • The outbreak of infectious disease, a request to reduce or suspend operation or the receipt of administrative guidance by administrative agencies, or other reasons not attributable to our company that make operation of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan unsustainable or dangerous

    In the event that all or part of the program is discontinued, suspended, or changed, operation time is changed (shortened, etc.), the number of visitors is limited, or the venue is limited, or the venue is temporarily closed as a result of any of the above-mentioned reasons, the organizers assume no responsibility or obligation to provide compensation therefore.

  18. The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, trouble among visitors, or theft or damage that occurs inside the ISHIGURO Pavilion.

Prohibited items and prohibited acts conform to the official cautions listed below:
